Police want to make sure Frank is ‘safe and well’

Police called for help to find the missing 14-year-old boy. rochdale.

Frank went missing around 5.30pm on Thursday, October 31st. Last seen in Wilton Grove heywoodsaid the policeman.

Officers said they were ‘increasingly concerned’ about him and ‘wanted to make sure he was safe and well’. Frank was last seen wearing a black hoodie, gray sweatpants and black Nike sneakers.

He was also wearing a black beanie hat and carrying a black backpack. Greater Manchester Police added. Anyone who notices the teenager or has information on his whereabouts should contact police.
