LONE GROVE, Oklahoma (KXII) – An Ardmore man was arrested after he allegedly threatened to open fire at a bar in Lone Grove.

Court Documents accuse 18-year-old Jeremiah Haggard of making threats over the phone, saying he was going to shoot up the bar.

The bar was quarantined following the alleged threat.

Court records show Haggard pleaded not guilty at his first hearing.

He is charged with the misdemeanor of threatening violence and faces up to 6 months in prison if convicted.
