The incident occurred on Wednesday, October 30, when a truck collided with an allegedly new Nissan car. The truck overturned and blocked many lanes, leading to a significant traffic backup that extended into High Point.

What caused the Thika Road accident?

The photos shared online were captured by shocked bystanders gathered at the crash site, many of whom expressed disbelief at the devastation.

Some witnesses suggested that another vehicle had previously spilled an unidentified substance onto the road, potentially contributing to hazardous driving conditions. However, officials at the scene have not yet confirmed the exact cause of the collision.

Kenyans were quick to respond to the news on social media, urging drivers to be careful on the roads and disappointed by the frequent accidents in the country.

2 drivers died in accident on Bomet-Narok Road

Two boda boda riders on the other hand died at the scene after colliding with a matatu coming from there Bomet To Narok.

According to police, the incident started when a motorcycle on the highway collided with another motorcycle heading towards the highway. narok.
