LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — A judge postponed a decision to raise bail for a metro police sergeant facing charges illegal arrests and possession of child pornography.

The District Attorney’s Office filed a motion requesting the arrest of Sergeant. Kevin Menon’s bail was increased to $250,000 cash only.

The request came after Menon was released on $100,000 bail over the weekend.

Menon’s trial is scheduled for November 6, and the judge stated that bail discussions will be held at that time.
