II. A fire at a former grade-listed farmhouse caused significant damage to the building and is being investigated by police.

The fire broke out at the vacant building just off Fusiliers Way in Warwick at around 16:00 GMT on Monday.

The district council said it was “deeply saddened” by the news. It was stated that the fire department will continue to monitor the building and 24-hour security will continue.

He added that council officers would secure the remaining structure and prevent further damage. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warwickshire Police.
