Trump will hold an election night watch party at the Palm Beach County Convention Center

Donald Trump‘s presidential campaign will host an event vote Catch the party in your hometown on November 5, but the event won’t be happening at: Mar-a-Lago.

An announcement sent by the campaign on Monday morning (Oct. 28) did not give a reason for the choice of the convention center. The change of venue indicates that what the campaign expects to be a victory celebration is expecting an expanded list of attendees, including not just national but international media as well as donors and supporters.

Polls show a critical race nationally and in seven battleground states for the former president and his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, to get the required 270 delegate votes.

The candidates are still neck-and-neck in the polls, according to a pair of polls released Sunday, Oct. 27.

A. CBS News/YouGov poll It showed Harris leading Trump nationally among likely voters by 50 percent to 49 percent; That’s slightly down from the 51 percent to 48 percent advantage in mid-October, but within the poll’s margin of error.

ABC News/Ipsos poll It showed Harris leading Trump among likely voters 51% to 47%; This was partly to Harris’ advantage among female voters. The results are slightly outside the poll’s margin of error of +/-2.5 points.

Pollsters agree that the election will be decided by which campaign does a better job of turning out voters in the lead-up to election day.

The contest for 30 delegate votes in Florida is not expected to create excitement. Recent polls from Emerson College, the University of North Florida and the Florida Chamber of Commerce show Trump with a comfortable lead.

Although Florida is not considered a swing state, Trump gave two speeches at the convention center this summer: at the Turning Point USA summit in July and at the Club 47 meeting held to celebrate Trump’s birthday the previous month.
