Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards is one of the NBA’s brightest young stars. The 23-year-old player has made the NBA All-Star team twice in four seasons and is aiming for a third place this year.

Edwards won gold with Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics this summer. Edwards, who is teammates with Golden State Warriors star Steph Curry, talked about what he learned from the NBA legend at the media day.

“We played five-on-five, we competed against each other, and I think the best thing I learned was from Steph,” Edwards said. “I took Bron’s pre-match routine but Steph was just playing without the ball. So, the last few days we’ve been playing five-on-five, just cutting, getting out of the way and taking easy shots. “I think I learned the most from Steph.”

On Saturday, Edwards joined Curry on the exclusive NBA roster.

It was an incredible start to Edwards’ young career. Edwards, the first overall pick in the 2020 NBA Draft, was drafted just once before the Warriors selected James Wiseman second overall.
