PORT ORANGE, Fla. – A person who was shot Saturday evening in Port Orange has died, according to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies said the fatal attack occurred on Jackson Lane around 7:40 p.m.

According to the statement, “the shooter is being interviewed and all parties involved are being held accountable.”
