CHOCTAW COUNTY, Ala. (WTOK) – One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on Singley Road, 2 miles south of Silas, on Thursday.

Patricia K. Lewis, 77, of Silas, was fatally injured when the 2017 Toyota Camry in which she was a passenger crashed into a 2006 International tractor trailer driven by Daniel L. Harvison, 46, of Chatom.

The collision occurred at 07.15 in the morning.

The driver of the Toyota, 80-year-old Dean S. Lewis of Silas, was injured and taken to Washington County Hospital in Chatom for treatment.
