Police have released the names of a man and woman killed in a crash on the A47 in Leicestershire.

Emergency services were called to the A47 Normandy Road in Hinckley on October 18 following the crash involving a red Ford Fiesta and a light gray Audi S4.

Molly Snow, 23, was driving the Ford Fiesta and Jordan Hurst, 31, was a passenger in the Audi S4 and both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Police said a 25-year-old man, the driver of the black Audi S3 car that was not involved in the collision, had previously been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was later released under investigation.
