Former Los Angeles Lakers coach and current Detroit Pistons assistant Luke Walton has sold his former home.

Accordingly TMZWalton sold his Manhattan Beach, California, home for $10.3 million. He first purchased the property in 2017, a year after he was hired as the Lakers’ head coach.

Walton signed a five-year deal with Los Angeles worth approximately $6 million per year, according to the NBA. Marc Stein.

The seven-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home features an in-home theater, fitness studio, sparkling pool and spa (via TMZ ). The house is 10,000 square meters.

Despite his success as the interim head coach of the Golden State Warriors, Walton’s tenure with the Lakers was not a great one. Los Angeles finished his three years with the organization with a 98-148 record before he was fired at the end of the team’s 2018-19 season.

Walton was later hired as the head coach of the Sacramento Kings, but leave by the Kings in his third season after starting the year with a 6-11 record.

He was an assistant with the Cleveland Cavaliers for two years before joining the Pistons under new head coach JB Bickerstaff.

With Walton’s last coaching job in California clearly in the rearview mirror, he parted ways with his Manhattan Beach home for a hefty price.
