The City of Edmonton frequently asks people to call 311 to report potholes or parking violations, but there’s so much more this service can do for residents and visitors.

311 is the non-emergency contact for city government information and services to report complaints such as obstructing vehicles or to obtain information about bus routes.

According to the city, approximately 900,000 questions are answered annually.

In the past 12 months, These were the five most frequently asked questions:
