A man cut in half in a forklift crash made a desperate plea for Christmas Day.

Loren Schauers in September 2019 involved in a terrible incident while working as a laborer and since then documented his recovery and life has a growing following.

The boy, who was only 18 at the time, was driving a forklift over the bridge. WE When it veered off course, it sent him crashing to the ground from a height of 50 feet.

He suffered life-changing injuries when the vehicle crashed. Schauers underwent hemicorporectomy surgery (everything below his waist was amputated) to save his life after his pelvis was completely crushed.

And she shared her hopes for this Christmas in an update to her followers.

He wrote with his wife Sabia: Facebook yesterday (November 17th): “Just a quick note to all of you for supporting and following us: 10K by Christmas would be great.

“We are grateful to each of you for helping us build this community!!”

Even though several years have passed since the man’s strange accident, he still lives with pain and difficulties.

A new update to the page on November 15 explained: “Loren still can’t go anywhere in the midst of pain, and not being able to use her bucket on the way to her mom and dad’s house wasn’t a good plan.

“Fortunately, my mother and father were coming and cooking at our house. My dad especially liked it when he realized he could leave without cleaning or doing the dishes, wishing everyone a peaceful week and saying see you next Sunday, love you all!

in the previous one youtube In the video, Schauers stated that it has been five years since the accident and explained that the pain is becoming more manageable.

He explained that the rehabilitation techniques taught to him by doctors had helped ‘erase the phantom pain’ over the years.

He said: “Five years later the pain is under control and life is finally being managed in a way we can control.

“I don’t know how to explain it, it’s not that epic, it’s not like bombs are falling on us anymore. We kind of know what to expect from things and we can kind of predict what’s going to happen.”

“Me and Sabia are in great shape. We don’t get to go out much. We went to Lollapalooza in Chicago and honestly had a great time.”
