Police have arrested and charged a 19-year-old man in connection with a shooting that injured two children in Southbridge on Saturday evening.

David Adorno faces two counts of armed assault with intent to murder and four firearms charges. Southbridge police said in a press release Sunday.

Police say Southbridge officers responded to Dennison Drive around 5:45 p.m. Saturday for a report of gunfire. At the scene, several bullet casings were seized in the driveway of a house.
