Erlanger Children’s Hospital Collects Gifts for Its Patients on “Holiday Donation Days”

Erlanger Children’s Hospital is receiving gifts donated to patients as part of its “Holiday Giving Days” this December.

“Whether it’s a toy, book or other thoughtful gift, every donation brings comfort to patients and their families,” officials said.

According to Hailey Thompson, a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit certified child life specialist, “Holiday Giving Days are the official way to celebrate and accept donations from the community during the holiday season.

“These days will be fun and festive events where community members can drop off their purchased toys and items for accepted children and their families throughout the holiday.”

Those who want to donate can drop off their belongings at the Children’s Hospital in the Erlanger Parking Lot on Wednesday, December 11 between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m., Sunday, December 15 between noon and 5 p.m., or Friday, December 20 between noon and 7 p.m. Garage Entrance on Blackford Street.

Donation instructions are as follows: Toys and stuffed animals must be new and unused. Please bring items purchased within the last 30 days. For donations valued over $1,000, email [email protected] to schedule your delivery date.
