Police said Rubio-Beaulieu’s accusations stem from a phone call he made from a Department of Corrections registered line in August 2024, in which he threatened to kill a victim.

Rubio-Beaulieu is said to be currently incarcerated.

He was arraigned in Manchester Superior Court on Wednesday on a charge of second-degree threatening.
