It’s slime time in San Francisco! Red-and-gold QB1 Brock Purdy was named NFL Slimetime’s Week 10 “Nickelodeon Valuable Player” following his performance against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The award was announced Wednesday afternoon during Nickelodeon’s weekly special.

Purdy completed 25-of-36 pass attempts for 353 yards, two touchdowns and a 119.3 quarterback rating to help the 49ers to a 23-20 victory on Sunday. Some of the highlights of those throws included a 30-yard high arcing throw to Christian McCaffrey in the fourth quarter and an 11-yard touchdown pass on the move to tight end George Kittle in the back left corner of the end zone. Sunday’s game marked the second game in Purdy’s career with more than 350 passing yards and two or more passing touchdowns in a single game.
