WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – Next week marks the return of a Wichita Falls landmark as the Hospice of Wichita Falls launches its annual Tree of Lights campaign to illuminate the iconic decoration.

To prepare for the campaign, Wichita Falls Hospice hosted a luncheon today. Our goal this year is to raise $300,000.

Madeline Eubanks, hospice development coordinator, said money raised from the campaign will be used to ensure hospice care is accessible to everyone who needs it.

“We strive to create a truly home-like feel in our inpatient treatment center and want families to feel at home. They can bring anything they want from home to the residential care rooms, so they can feel comfortable. We want them to have the privacy they have. So that they may gather together. And that’s a little different than the hospital setting,” Eubanks said.
