A Connecticut teenager whose body was found wrapped in a quilt on the side of the highway has been charged following the death of her cousins, PEOPLE has confirmed.

According to information obtained by PEOPLE, at approximately 7:09 a.m. local time on Saturday, November 9, the Hartford Police Department responded to reports of a body being found in the area of ​​80 Pope Park Highway.

Police identified the victim as Edgar Josué Chiche Martínez of Hartford, days short of celebrating his 19th birthday when he died on Nov. 14.
