A roadside vendor in Bengaluru has taken the internet by storm by offering coconuts at a significantly lower price than online delivery platforms. Amid the rising cost of living and the convenience of online shopping, this retailer’s affordable prices have garnered widespread attention and praise.

The unidentified seller is selling the coconuts for Rs 55, much lower than the prices offered by online delivery platforms. A roadside coconut vendor has gone viral on social media with a clever handwritten poster comparing coconut prices with those on online platforms. The poster highlighted that while Zepto, Blinkit and BigBasket sell coconuts for 80 rupees, the seller offers them for only 55 rupees. The seller added a smiley face to make things even more cheerful by highlighting the better deal available at their stall.

Nithish Ravella, a user on The post quickly gained attention after the popular “Peak Bengaluru” caption was reshared and went viral.

Ravella, who shared it on wrote. Communicating this sentiment online, the popular city-based page asked its followers: “Will Quick Trade affect roadside coconut sellers?”
