MANHATTAN, Kan. (WIBW) – A man is behind bars in the Riley County Jail on Monday after his arrest in connection with an armed robbery, authorities said.

It was stated that the arrested man was Michael Terrance Calvert (33) from Manhattan.

According to Riley County police records, Calvert was arrested at 10:16 p.m. Sunday at 1001 S. Seth Child Road on charges of aggravated robbery and kidnapping; and aggravated burglary.

His bond was set at $200,000.
