No. 24 Mizzou vs. Oklahoma

Missouri Tigers It will be the first time Oklahoma will host the Sooners since the iconic 2010 matchup in which No. 18 Missouri defeated No. 3 Oklahoma.

“It’s been a long time coming,” head coach Gary Pinkel said after the win.

Pinkel was down 6-0 against Oklahoma before the win, but the two teams’ matchup in Week 11 lasted even longer.

Although it may not be the play-off results that people expected from the pre-season encounter, expectations are very high that the age-old rivalry will be revived. New recruits and recent history with the transfer portal have added fuel to the flames.

• Despite Nate Noel being active, Marcus Carroll was announced by stadium PA as the first running back for Missouri.
