Knox apparently suggests that he thinks the Titans will draft a player to replace Levis. Whether or not they do that, Cooper would be a good target for Levis or a rookie signal caller.

Cooper had a bit of a down year in the 2024 season between the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills. He caught 29 passes for 319 yards and three touchdowns. Even though he hasn’t been able to put up superstar caliber numbers, he is still a huge receiver capable of much larger production.

All this being said, it will be interesting to see what the future holds for Tennessee. Cooper may not be a player of interest, but he could make sense as a target.
