The former Dan Schantz Farm and Greenhouses complex sold at auction for $4.5 million.

The sprawling property at 8025 Spinnerstown Road Lower Milford County Zionsville division launched after company 2023 ceased all operations. Flanley said the decision was the result of Dan Schantz managing partner Patrick Flanley and other owners deciding to retire or semi-retire.

At the time, Flanley was hoping a new owner would take over operations.
