HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Interstate 64 is closed this morning following a semi-truck crash near mile marker 9 in Huntington.

The truck is located in the westbound lane past the 5th Street exit, but both the west and east sides are currently closed.

Teams are trying to extinguish the fire at the scene.

Cabell County Dispatch advises all drivers to avoid the area.

This is the third crash in two days to close I-64.
