Philadelphia police were investigating after a body was found in wooded areas in the city’s Bustleton section on Thursday night.

Police said the body was found Thursday evening near Verree Road and Tustin Boulevard.

Fox29 reported The body was believed to be that of a woman who had been reported missing and was last seen on Halloween night.

The woman’s family members posted on Facebook that she called her mother and told her she was being held against her will by a man. Family members reported Wednesday that the woman’s car was found abandoned in front of a junkyard.

No other details were immediately available.
