On Wednesday, November 6, the 25-year-old model honored her husband Elliot Grainge proud father on his birthday by sharing various sweet photos with his daughters Eloise5 months on it Instagram Stories. To begin her celebratory post, Sofia shared a throwback photo of the couple, who got married in April 2023. In the photo, Elliot can be seen placing his hand on his wife’s bare stomach. “Happy birthday to my sweet EG,” she shared.

Another cute selfie shows the family of three enjoying a picnic outside. The proud parents smile at the camera as they sit on their toddler Elliot’s lap, whose face is covered in heart emojis.
