Bears introduce reusable cups and new premium dining experiences at United Club at Soldier Field

Fans will receive a reusable cup at no additional cost, ranging from 9 oz. Wine glasses up to 20 oz. domestic draft beer glasses – pick them up at a concession stand and return them to a marked collection bin when you’re done. Following the game, cleaning and environmental services will collect the cups, and Bold Reuse, the world leader in women-owned and operated reusable packaging systems, will complete the collection, cleaning, sanitizing and return process.

The introduction of reusable cups is a continuation of the club’s priorities on sustainability. In recent years, the Bears have implemented other programs such as oil recycling and recycling, water use reduction and materials recycling.

“With the participation and support of our entire organization, we have implemented many successful initiatives on our Halas Hall campus,” said Zack Bero, director of building services for Halas Hall. “This pilot is the perfect opportunity to expand our focus to Soldier Field and engage with our fans on game day.”

Premium Dining Options

Two new premium food and beverage experiences are also coming to the United Club in partnership with Levy Restaurants to give fans an even better match day.

The International Room will be active for the game against the Patriots on November 10, while the City Room will be active for the game against the Packers on November 17. Tickets for both rooms for the remainder of the season are available to purchase now: https://www.chicagobears.com/game-day/premium-club-experiences. To purchase the upgraded experience, fans must first have United Club tickets.

“The Bears are excited to finally bring these elevated spaces to life at the United Club at Soldier Field,” said Brendan Pierce, director of premium seating sales and customer service. “With the help of Levy’s vision to transform these rooms into extraordinary experiences for our premium seaters, we are able to deliver world-class hospitality and create special moments in a traditional matchday atmosphere.”

The International Room features a globally inspired menu that differentiates each game and is curated by renowned chefs and sommeliers. Guests can expect carefully curated wine selections, signature cocktails and a top-notch bar program in a luxurious and intimate setting.

The bespoke experience is limited to 60 guests and includes premium food and drink, starting two hours before kick-off, during the action, and continuing one hour after the game with a social hour, full bar snacks and small bites.

City Room will pay tribute to Chicago’s food culture with a menu highlighting the city’s best dishes and a robust bar program serving favorite mixed drinks, craft beers and paired wines. The Premium experience is limited to 80 guests with the same pre- and post-game timing as the International Room.
