Dearborn, Michigan (FOX 2) – A Taylor woman faces charges stemming from a crime fatal high speed crash over summer.

Felecia Sunshine Lazo was charged this week with second-degree murder in connection with the July 19 crash.

The Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office said Lazo, 25, was driving at an “extremely high rate of speed” when he ran a red light at Nowlin on Michigan Avenue in Dearborn. Lazo, Dr. He crashed into a vehicle driven by Ghada Mustapha, causing Lazo’s vehicle to roll over.
