In post-Roe America, horrific stories abound about women being denied or delayed health care because of their state’s abortion ban, and these stories hit people “like a bucket of cold water in the face,” Rachel Maddow tells Ali Velshi. Supreme Court, Roe v. Abortion has been one of the election’s top issues since Wade overturned his case, but we may still not know how strong the issue really is. “I don’t think it’s debatable,” Maddow says. “I don’t think people realize how viscerally and viscerally this affects their understanding of what’s at stake here.”
