Vanore said the gun legally belonged to Nguyen.

Experts said Unintentional shootings of children can be prevented if gun owners keep their guns safe and secure in their homes. Studies have shown that children as young as 2 are strong enough to pull the trigger, and most know where their parents keep their guns.
