Harris began her rally in Charlotte by criticizing Donald Trump.

“This is someone who is becoming increasingly unstable,” he said, “someone who is obsessed with revenge, consumed with grievance, and the man is after unchecked power.”

Harris said she would focus on Trump’s “enemies list” if he becomes president.

“Unlike Donald Trump, I do not believe that people who disagree with me are enemies,” he said.

“He wants to put them in jail. I’ll give them a seat at the table. This is what real leadership looks like,” he added.

Harris said if she wins the presidential election, she would begin working on her “to-do list” that includes tax cuts for more than 100 million Americans, a federal ban on corporate price gauging on groceries and making sure Americans can afford it. a place to live.

“At the top of my list is lowering the cost of living for you,” he added.

Regarding the war in Gaza, Harris said, “We all want the war in the Middle East to end” and “we want the hostages to return home.” The Vice President said that if he wins the presidential election, “I will do everything I can to make it happen.”

Abortion rights were also brought up. She told the crowd that this choice was a “fundamental fight for freedom” so that women had “the right to decide about their body.”

And in an attempt to mobilize voters, he said: “You will all make a difference in this election. You will make a difference.”
