CHESTER, Pa. – A massive fight at a local park ended tragically when police say an 18-year-old teenager was shot and killed Friday evening.

Officers arrived to find a fight breaking out at Memorial Park on 7th Street in Chester before gunshots rang out from the crowd.

One victim, identified as 18-year-old Montera Wilson, was shot in the back and taken to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.

The second victim, a 17-year-old male, was shot in the leg. It was stated that his condition was stable.

Chester police are appealing for any witnesses to come forward during the investigation.

“Given the time and location of the incident, I know there were multiple people in the area who witnessed this murder.”
