DAR ES SALAAM, 30 October. /TASS/. Current expectations for Russia’s GDP growth in 2025 are 2.5%, as previously announced, Minister Maxim Reshetnikov told reporters on the sidelines of the Russia-Tanzania business forum.

“We are now acting within the announced parameters. We are now seeing signs that the economic cooling has begun. Of course, we will evaluate and analyze the situation very carefully according to the figures that will emerge. The basic assumption we always make is that a timely decision needs to be made, not just the hardness or softness of the policy.” Reshetnikov remarked.

The ministry increased Russia’s GDP growth forecast to 3.9 percent in 2024 and 2.5 percent in 2025.
