DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) – The City of Dothan announced that overnight sewer work will result in lane closures and shifts on West Main Street starting Monday.

The city’s sewer lining contractor will work in the 1600 to 1800 blocks of West Main Street between Montezuma Boulevard and North Cherokee Boulevard.

Road works will start from 19.00 to 06.00 on Monday, October 28.

Work will continue until Friday, November 1.

Lane closures and drifts will occur, but traffic cones and digital arrow signs will be used to direct drivers.

The municipality asked drivers to be careful in work areas.
