Papa Ginos, the popular restaurant on Lygon Street, was sold by its owners after 51 years.

Founded in 1973 by Gino Brosca and his wife Silvana, Papa Gino’s has been serving delicious Italian food in Carlton for over half a century. Gino Brosca’s children, Alex, Rose, Vincent, Paul and Harry, owned the business until it was sold recently.

Owner Alex Brosca attended 3AW Breakfast To talk about why the Lygon Street landmark has been sold to new owners.
