He became too reliant on his fastball, likely due to his blister issue. He was eventually beaten.

Rodon gave up three home runs in 3 1/3 innings Saturday night; He turned the tie into a 4-1 Dodgers advantage, including back-to-back singles to Teoscar Hernandez and Freddie Freeman in the third inning.

Former Yankees coach Phil Nevin, Guardians bench coach Craig Albernaz and interim manager Grady Sizemore are also on the White Sox roster.

Albernaz is the favorite for the Marlins job and Venable is among the finalists in Chicago.
