Randolph man charged in double stabbing that left man dead in Brockton

BROCKTON — A Randolph man is charged in a case Double stabbing in Brockton Prosecutors said a lawsuit was filed on Tuesday, November 19, on multiple charges related to the incident that killed a 59-year-old man and injured a 61-year-old man in June.

Kevin DiGregorio, 33, of Randolph, was indicted by a Plymouth County grand jury on one count each of murder, armed assault with intent to murder, aggravated assault and battery with a deadly weapon, and assault and battery. Plymouth County District Attorney Timothy J. Cruz announced in a written statement.

DiGregorio is being held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned Nov. 27 in Brockton Superior Court.

On June 10, at approximately 7:40 p.m., the Massachusetts State Police Detective Unit of the Plymouth County District Attorney’s Office, brockton police Double stabbing at 23 Melrose Avenue.

DiGregorio arrested in Vermont
