FARGO, ND (Valley News Live) – Icy roads and high winds are being blamed for a fatal crash on I-94 west of Casselton.

The Casselton Fire Department said in a social media post that they were called to a fatal car crash at mile marker 318 on Wednesday around 6:41 p.m.

No other details were released yet, but the fire department also said there were multiple vehicles in the ditch between that location and the Casselton exit (331).

Minnesota State Patrol I also had a busy day cleaning up crashes.
