Police lights up generic Minneapolis

QUEENS – NYPD is currently investigating a woman who apparently jumped from a third-story window in Queens on Friday night.

Police said they found the 64-year-old woman lying on the ground at 20-45 Shore Boulevard in Astoria around 11 p.m.

The woman was taken to Elmhurst Hospital and her condition was stated to be stable.

Accordingly Mail, The woman jumped from the third floor window to escape from her knife-wielding son.

The Post also reported that when police arrived, they believed the son had barricaded himself inside the apartment. They say his son has been arrested more than 30 times before.

While no arrests have been made, the investigation continues.
