The social media sensation also set pulses racing with her Instagram post on Thursday, but not all of her fans liked what they saw.

Revision surgery involves replacing old breast implants with new ones and can fix problems caused by surgery or natural body changes.

Tammy underwent mystery surgery at the end of July, which she later confirmed required her eight-year-old breast implants to be removed and replaced.

In a video, the blonde beauty revealed she decided to change them up after feeling ‘insecure’ about how they looked after moving around due to gym workouts.
