HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – Valentin Bigornia Jr. He was charged with attempted murder.

He is accused of stabbing his father in Pearl City last Sunday.

Bigornia’s father found the 26-year-old suffering injuries to his head and arms at his Century Park Plaza apartment, according to court documents.

Court documents also say Bigornia left her father’s phone behind when he attacked her with a guitar stand and then a knife.

Bigornia Sr. told officers that his son had Schizophrenia and was not taking his medication.

Bigornia Jr. He is being held without bail.
