Bill Belichick knows good competition when he sees it.

The 72-year-old former New England Patriots head coach has crossed paths with many enemies and developed rivalries with teams such as the New York Jets, Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers. It wasn’t like that though more The six-time Super Bowl champions were in the middle of the contest as the Patriots had the overall advantage.

Now a pseudo-media mogul, Belichick is able to bring a new 30,000-foot perspective to the rest of the league’s toughest rivalries, and he has a pretty unique perspective on it.

“The Ravens and Steelers can’t stand each other. They don’t give Christmas cards.”

The Steelers (7-2) sit atop the AFC North, just a half-game behind the Ravens (7-3), who travel to Pittsburgh for the contest at Acrisure Stadium. As for Belichick’s analysis of the game itself? He kept it plain and simple:
