A Saratoga County man is accused of kicking and damaging a person’s car.

Austin J. Cretty, 18, of Providence, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief. According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, the alleged incident occurred on Sacandaga Road in the town of Galway.

Investigators said there was more than $250 in damage to the car.

Cretty was released on a bench warrant and will appear in Galway City Court at a later date.
