Mike Tyson’s Training Regime and Diet Ahead of Netflix Jake Paul Fight

YouTuber Paul, who has been boxing professionally for four years, will face two-time heavyweight world champion Tyson in eight two-minute rounds in front of a live audience of 70,000 people and nearly 280 million. Watch live on Netflix.

Although Tyson is more experienced, he has not fought professionally since losing to Kevin McBride in 2005.

He said after a public workout on Tuesday when asked what he learned during fight training on Friday. tyson said: “I’m tougher than I believed because when I accepted this fight and started training I thought: ‘What was I thinking?’ But I finished the process. The struggle is the party’s job.”

Tyson trains early in the morning

In Wednesday’s episode “Record with Greta Van SusterenTyson described his training regimen: “At four in the morning, I do cardio for an hour, then I take a bath, I wake up at one, go to the gym, do eight rounds of boxing, hit my bag, maybe then I’ll train with my strength and conditioning coach and then I’ll train again. “It’s just an all-day process.”

He added that workouts, while fun, can sometimes be difficult.

Tyson posts snippets of his workout on Instagram, showing that he’s building both strength and cardiovascular conditioning.
