Tim Robbins as Bernard Holland

Bernard Holland, Chief Information Officer and Mayor of Silo 18, is tasked with keeping Silo and its residents safe and quelling the rebellion by any means necessary. He must abide by the Pact, the agreement put in place to govern the people in the silo, but with growing opposition at the lower levels, Bernard soon finds himself pushed to his limit and the edge of the rules. As common as Robert Sims

Common returns from last season as Robert Sims, Judicial’s head of security and Bernard’s second-in-command. Sims believes he is qualified to be Bernard’s shadow; this position allows him to learn the secrets of the silo and the world before sharing them only with the head of BT, but Bernard is not so sure. Sims and his wife, Camille, want their son to see the outside world while he’s alive, and they’re both willing to do whatever it takes to make that happen. Whether you’re more familiar with Common’s music or acting, there’s no denying that he’s had an impressive career so far. outside SiloCommon has appeared in many projects such as: John Wick: Chapter 2, Suicide Squad, Never Have I Ever, Ava, The Hate You Give, Selma, Now You See Me, And All About Nina.

Harriet Walter as Martha Walker

Reclusive Martha Walker is Juliette’s mentor at the Mechanics, but their bond is closer to family than co-workers. Walker puts himself and his ex-wife at risk by altering Juliette’s tape, but ultimately stands by his action and offers whatever support he can to the burgeoning rebellion. Walker is played by Harriet Walter, whom you may recognize. Ted Lasso, Sense and Sensibility, Young Victoria, The Last Duel, Succession, And Killing Eve.

Chinaza Uche as Sheriff Paul Billings

Paul Billings served as Juliette’s deputy before being sent to clean up, and was thus appointed Sheriff in her absence. A staunch Pact follower and highly respected member of Judicial, Sims and Bernard believe they can shape Billings to suit their needs in the Silo. But what they fail to realize is that someone who follows the rules like the Bible will not look kindly on those who break those rules, even those responsible. Billings has a major role in Silo 18 this season, and like many other characters, his actions may surprise you. Chinaza Uche plays Sharif, an actor you may recognize Dickinson, A Good Person, Nigerian Prince, And Fear the Walking Dead.

Avi Nash as Lukas Kyle

Lukas Kyle is an IT analyst with a passion for the outside world. He met Juliette last season when he was trying to map the stars, not even fully understanding what the lights in the sky actually were. Lukas is sentenced to work in the mines after being found with Juliette’s hard drive; It was a fate almost worse than cleansing. But that doesn’t mean we’ve seen the last of Lukas and his curious mind. Lukas is played by Avi Nash, who has also appeared in the role before. The Walking Dead, Black Mirror, Learning to Drive, And Silicon Valley.

Iain Glen Dr. as Pete Nichols

Iain Glen as Juliette’s estranged father, Dr. He plays Pete Nichols. Last season, the pair appeared to be on the verge of a possible reconciliation, but Juliette was sent clean before reconnecting. This season, that loss is Dr. We’ll see what he does to Nichols and how it changes his perspective on the silo.
