WILLIAMSPORT, Tenn. (WSMV) – No injuries were reported after a mobile home caught fire early Thursday morning, according to the Maury County Fire Department.

MCFD crews responded to a structure fire on Akin Ridge Road in the Williamsport area around 2:20 a.m.

When crews arrived on scene, they found a mobile home approximately 75% involved.

MCFD said it was able to contain the fire with two hand lines.

No injuries were reported and a request was made to the Red Cross to assist the displaced resident.
