A home sold for $1.7 million in Lebanon topped the list of most expensive home sales in Hunterdon County between Oct. 7 and Nov. 10.

A total of 117 house sales were recorded in the district in the last five weeks with an average price of 614 thousand 601 dollars. The average price per square foot was $269.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales with title deeds recorded from the week of October 7 to the week of November 10, even if the property has been sold before.
