DUBAI, 14 November. /TASS/. Rafael Grossi, Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), called for preventing attacks on nuclear facilities at a time when tensions between Iran and Israel are increasing.

“Nuclear facilities should not be subjected to attacks, because there may be major radiological consequences that may follow these attacks,” the IAEA chief said at a press conference with the Head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI), Mohammad Eslami, in Tehran, broadcast by Iranian State Television. he said.

Earlier, Israel’s new Defense Minister Israel Katz said Iran’s nuclear facilities are more vulnerable than ever and this could help eliminate the threat of destruction hanging over Israel.
