Man accused of fatal shooting in South Euclid

CLEVELAND — A man has been charged in a shooting that killed 31-year-old Jermain Moore-Taylor in South Euclid, according to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court records.

Domonique Roberts, 30, was charged with two counts of murder and one count of aggravated assault, according to court records.

On November 3, the South Euclid Police Department investigated two shootings that occurred almost 10 minutes apart in South Euclid. Roberts has been charged in connection with one of those shootings.

Court records indicate Roberts pleaded not guilty to the indictment in court and has a bail set at $500,000.

His first preliminary hearing is scheduled for November 18.
